In 2007, the Delta Sky Lodge served and hosted exclusive premiere parties and events for the Sundance Film Festival. A two-level retreat in the McCarthey Gallery space at 449 Main Street, the Delta Sky Lodge featured plush leather furniture, wooden banquets, a fireplace, creating a hip lounge feel wrapped in the ambiance and texture of a warm, rustic lodge. 

In the evenings, the Delta Sky Lodge hosted private, invitation-only events, including premiere parties, musical performances and benefits, attendance from Sienna Miller, David Arquette, Peter Saarsgard, Keri Russell, Bradley Whitford, Jane Kaczmarek, James Franco, Steve Buscemi, and Tyler Hilton.
